CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

1. According to the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 144, item 1204, as amended), I agree to receive commercial information by e-mail.

2. I agree to use by Dom & House Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. , with the registered office in Sopot 81-743, ul. 3 Maja 42/2, telecommunicationl equipment (mobile phone), of which I am the user for the purpose of providing commercial information related to the submitted inquiry in accordance with art. 172 of the Act of 16 July 2004 Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws 2004 No. 171 item 1800).
